Music
The Music Department encourages a range of activities both within school and outside visits: ensembles, bands, choir and School concerts, classical music trips, modern music shows and musicals.
Ensembles
The Music department runs a variety of ensembles that rehearse weekly and perform at school concerts throughout the year. These are led by the team of peripatetic teachers and the Director of Music. Rehearsals take place during lunch times and after school.

The Music Department hosts a number of concerts throughout the year.

In addition, at various times throughout the year, selected musicians give concerts in the local community in homes for the elderly, primary schools and Jewish fundraising events.

The Music Department organises several trips throughout the year. These are open to parents and pupils. A range of different types of music are included. Previous trips have included:
